Reports: Dortmund U19 sensation wants Italy move – Milan might be in talks

Reports have emerged from Germany suggesting that Borussia Dortmund starlet Paris Brunner wants to move to Italy, and AC Milan could be the team that are in negotiations.

Calciomercato.com have published an update on the Brunner story, which starts with the columns of Ruhr Nachrichten – a German newspaper very close to the fate of Borussia Dortmund – as well as the national paper Bild.

They claim that Brunner, who recently won the title of best player at the U17 World Cup which Germany won, seems inclined to reject the standard professional contract ready that Dortmund are set to offer him, worth €500k net per season.

Brunner feels ready for a more important role, and so – according to the information coming from Germany – he told his father-agent Norbert to look for a better deal even from abroad. Italy is his favourite destination.

The sources claim that Norbert is already in talks with a top Italian club about his son going there. While it is not specified which one, Juventus and Milan stand out as candidates after the Kenan Yildiz and Jan-Carlo Simic operations respectively.

Not only that, but Milan have signed a number of young players from abroad to bolster the youth ranks in view of registering an U23 team in Serie C next season, like Hugo Cuenca, Diego Sia, Alexander Simmelhack, Alex Jimenez, Noah Raveyre and others.

The 17-year-old centre-forward has 12 goals in 16 appearances for Dortmund U19s this season, including one in the UEFA Youth League against Milan Primavera in a 2-1 defeat.
