Romano: Milan’s eighth summer signing ‘imminent’ with deal ‘at final stages’

AC Milan appear to be closing in on their eighth signing of the summer with a deal for Yunus Musah now imminent, according to reports.

After the arrivals of Marco Sportiello, Luka Romero, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Christian Pulisic, Tijjani Reijnders, Noah Okafor and most recently Samuel Chukwueze, the Milan management are pushing to add another piece to the midfield.

According to the latest from Fabrizio Romano, Milan are closing in on signing Musah from Valencia who has been a target for weeks. An agreement is ‘imminent’ as the parties are getting closer, with the ‘final details being clarified’.

Musah has been ‘pushing to join AC Milan for days’ after personal terms were agreed one month ago and now the deal is described as being ‘at final stages’ with ‘here we go’ status to come soon.

With the signing of the 20-year-old, Milan would add another talented young player to their midfield and another USA international too.
