Guéla Doué wants to move to AC Milan and has reiterated this to Strasbourg, but the offer on the table must be raised.
Given that Emerson Royal is on his way out, Kyle Walker has left and there are doubts about Alex Jimenez and Alexis Saelemaekers being natural full-backs, there is the need for Milan to sign a new starter for the right side of the defence.

There have already been a number of names linked for that particular position, from Dodo at Fiorentina to Marc Pubill at Almeria. However, the most insistent name is one that Milan know well, having faced him in the 2023-24 Europa League when he was at Stade Rennais.
Doue wants Milan
According to Sky, Guela Doue is among the names being monitored. The Frenchman’s desire is to wear the Rossoneri shirt, and for this reason, sporting director Tare is preparing a new offer that is higher than the €15m one that was rejected.

Doue is doing his part, so much so that he has already reiterated his desire to Strasbourg coach Liam Rosenior. It is a pursuit that is taking place in a familiar way, with the player pushing for the move to try and engineer it.
In the 2024-25 season, Guela Douè made 32 appearances for Strasbourg in Ligue 1, scoring one goal and providing two assists. The 22-year-old has proven to be a very reliable and versatile player, so much so that he has also even played as a central defender in the past.

His brother is great player but him is rubbish we can’t afford another Emerson pls forget about him
You don’t have a clue man. He pocketed his brother in every game Strausborg played vs PSG last season. He also shut down Hakim too. Stop talking rubbish man.
Doue is the best option for RB. Smh
How they can spend over 15 mil (probably around 20) on Doué but not put up 15 mil for Pubill who is one of the biggest right back talents in Europé is beyond me..
This is American business style, buy to sell, just get used to it….
That comment makes no sense, when you’re replying to someone saying “Player X is cheaper, why are we spending more”.
I mean, it makes no sense anyway – every club cares about the value of its assets (contracts).
Dour is a more versatile player IMO, but I don’t think any is head and shoulders above the other. Just a matter of preference and the team’s needs.
