Tributes pour in from Inzaghi, Baresi, Balotelli and more after Mihajlovic’s passing

The world of football is in mourning after it was confirmed earlier today that Sinisa Mihajlovic has passed away at the age of 53.

Mihajlovic revealed in 2019 that he had been diagnosed with leukaemia but soldiered on through three rounds of treatment and even kept his role as Bologna’s head coach before being sacked in September.

Mihajlović died earlier today in a Rome clinic following complications with his leukaemia. He was 53 years of age, and tributes have been pouring in for the former Milan boss from his old pupils and club legends.
