Just like many in the AC Milan management, CEO Ivan Gazidis is also at risk. The work of the former Arsenal director hasn’t convinced the owners thus far, nor has it brought the expected results.

Elliott Management, the American owners of the club, don’t deny the possibility of a new internal revolution at the club. In recent weeks, there has been a lot of talk about Paolo Maldini and Zvone Boban for their decisions on the transfer market.

However, they are not the only ones under scrutiny, as Elliott are also keeping a close eye on Gazidis. The CEO, as Tuttosport highlights (via Milanlive.it), was brought in 2018 to raise Milan’s revenue and the overall image of the club.

Thus far, though, he hasn’t convinced the owners as the result of his work hasn’t been anywhere near what was expected. Therefore, he will be kept on close watch until the end of the season.

Gazidis, as the report continues, has only managed to sign a few minor partnerships, while the big TIM company have left the corporate portfolio of the Rossoneri. A lot will depend on the future of the Fly Emirates partnership, therefore.
