Tuttosport: Milan heading for a revolution on the wings – only Leao certain to stay

There will be a revolution on the wings this summer with the AC Milan management looking to freshen up an attack that has struggled this season, a report claims.

Tuttosport (via MilanNews) reports that the only winger guaranteed a spot in the 2023-24 squad is Rafael Leao, who will officially renew his contract with the Rossoneri until 2028 in the next few hours.

Ante Rebic, Divock Origi, Junior Messias and Alexis Saelemaekers could all leave the club. Stephan El Shaarawy may return to Milanello, given his contract with Roma is about to expire and he would be a useful deputy to Leao. He wants to renew with Roma but for now no offer has arrived from the Giallorossi.

For the right wing names like Hakim Ziyech, Nicolo Zaniolo and Marco Asensio continue to circulate, but they seem to be destined to remain only market dreams because of the costs involved.

In the last few days however, two targets have emerged: Edon Zhegrova from Lille and Riccardo Orsolini from Bologna. There is also the possibility that Brahim Diaz stays and an agreement is found with Real Madrid, meaning the Spaniard could in fact be permanently diverted to the right.
