AC Milan’s starting forwards all struggled during the 1-1 draw against Atalanta last night which contributed to the scramble to get a point.
That is according to Tuttosport, who have relayed their player ratings for the game this morning. Mike Maignan and Davide Calabria were the best of the rearguard as each got a score of 6.5 out of 10, while Pierre Kalulu, Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernandez scored 6.
Sandro Tonali also got a 6 while his partner in the double pivot Ismael Bennacer was given a 6.5 for what was a dominant display with a crucial goal to add. Junior Messias (5), Brahim Diaz (5) and Rafael Leao (5.5) all struggled in the trident behind Ante Rebic (5) as Pioli’s faith after the Udinese win was not repaid.
In terms of substitutions, Alexis Saelemaekers (5.5), Charles De Ketelaere (6), Divock Origi (6) and Olivier Giroud (5.5) all came on but failed to make a contribution worthy of snatching all three points.
