Tuttosport: Two Serie A sides showing serious interest in Milan striker

Serie A sides Torino and Atalanta have shown serious interest in securing a loan deal for AC Milan striker Lorenzo Colombo, a report claims.

As has been reported by Tuttosport (via Milan News), there is lots of interest in Serie A in regard to what Milan will choose to do with the Italian striker.

He spent last season on loan at Lecce where he impressed. Lecce actually exercised their option to buy him at the end of the loan deal but Milan then exercised their own buy-back option to bring him back to the club.

Given the lack of depth in that area, it is not yet clear whether Stefano Pioli wants to keep Colombo at the club or loan him out once again. Olivier Giroud has been joined by Swiss forward Noah Okafor, but another striker may be needed.

The decision is likely to rest on whether there is any budget to bring in a striker.
