While Milan fans are waiting for a top striker to be announced, it appears the midfield could also get an upgrade.
According to Chilean state TV, the rossoneri have made a significant offer to sign Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal.
TVN reports that Milan have made a massive bid for Vidal and are willing to double the Chilean’s salary.
Calciomercato.com also adds that a new midfield composed by Lucas Biglia, Franck Kessie and Arturo Vidal is the objective for the end of this mercato.
However, MilanNews have since come out and stated that Milan are not interested in the former Juventus player as they are looking for other options.
It remains to be seen whether the reports of a super bid are indeed true or if the German giants will risk selling one of their most important players a few days before the end of the mercato without a valuable replacement.
