Another report has claimed that Dusan Vlahovic would be open to reuniting with Massimiliano Allegri at AC Milan.
La Stampa report that the tug-of-war has been going on for some time between Juventus and Vlahovic. The dialogue continues with Juve hoping for a solution that means they do not have a player sat in the stands for the final year of his deal earning €12m net.

What happens now?
The latest contacts between general manager Damien Comolli and Serbian striker’s agent Darko Ristic have reaffirmed the stalemate. Vlahovic’s entourage would like an early termination of his contract without giving up a generous severance package (€5m for the player, €5m for his agent).
Before discussing such figures, Juve would like the striker to accept one of the incoming offers to limit the damage to their balance sheet. The request is still at least €25m, but a little under €20m would avoid a capital loss.
Meanwhile, the hunt for another striker continues on the market. With Jonathan David signed, Randal Kolo Muani is still in the mix, despite the difficulties in reaching a white smoke for a loan deal with PSG.
The idea of seeing his contract out seems to be gradually losing its appeal even for Vlahovic himself, who until a few days ago had rejected the advances of Simone Inzaghi and Al-Hilal, without managing to convince any of Europe’s big clubs to make a real offer for him.
However, Milan remain an idea he is open to. Contacts between Milan’s sporting director Igli Tare and Ristic himself are increasingly frequent, with the Rossoneri’s position clearly stating that they cannot go beyond €6m plus bonuses in terms of salary, but also their desire to wait out the tug-of-war.
Not forever, though, considering the difficulties in landing Bayer Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface (ask for at least €40m) and all the doubts surrounding the viability of a plan B like that represented by Monaco’s Breel Embolo.
One phone call leads to another, and now the Serbian’s entourage are increasingly considering the Rossoneri option, and the idea of bringing Vlahovic back at Allegri’s side after two and a half years of ups and downs at Juve.

Robertson would be my pick for our LB too. He’s strong, tireless with character, experienced and a winner.

I would be perfectly fine with either Vlahovic or Højlund if there is the possibility of striking some reasonable deals for either of them and at least with the Serb a heavily reduced salary. Certainly in my view amongst the most enticing suggestions by the media. I’ll believe it though when I see it.
Vlahovic is very good option, but everyone know that is very complicate and complex operation. probably for the end of mercato. let’s see.
One thing I don’t get – why is the apparent split between Juventus wanting 20M for a sale and being potentially willing to pay 10M for him to leave. Surely there’s a middle ground where they don’t pay and he leaves on a free? Not sure why we’d offer any sort of fee when they’re so desperate to avoid paying 20M for his salary.
They’ll have to pay him something anyway because no-one is offering him his current salary this side of the Gulf states.
