AC Milan’s problem with injuries has been evident over the last few years and a solution needs to be found soon. Taking a look at this season, the Rossoneri have had by far the most injuries in Serie A, as highlighted by a report.
Milan currently have six players on the sidelines, eight counting Simon Kjaer and Christian Pulisic, and this is obviously far from ideal. In order to keep up with the league rivals, they will have to find a solution as soon as possible.
In today’s edition of Gazzetta dello Sport (see photo below), the Rossoneri’s dire injury record was highlighted. They have had a total of 19 injuries since the start of the season, 12 of them muscular, and that is more than three times as much as Inter (six). Napoli and Juventus, meanwhile, are at eight and ten respectively.
In total, 16 of Milan’s players have been on the injury list this season and considering that Pioli needs all hands on deck always, this is something that could decide the Scudetto race. As said, the medical staff needs to find a solution, otherwise it will be yet another season of struggling to get a top-four finish.

This has been going on since at least 2015.
I’d argue it started with Pato in the late 2000’s.
I agree the injury woes slowly started already back then and worsened when meerseman stopped at milanello which happened in 2013 if i remember correctly.
They should just bring back Jean Pierre Meersseman
It propably wouldn’t be a bad choice but not sure how old he is or for that matter if there is better physios available by now.
We are “overstretching” pregame/training, when fatigued the muscle has already been extended to its limit with no cushion/margin for anymore extension. Truth.
