After a drawn out saga regarding the renewal of Suso, it appears the winger has finally agreed a contract extension with AC Milan.
According to Peppe Di Stefano’s report at Sky Sport 24, the meeting between the agent of Suso – Alessandro Lucci – and AC Milan has recently ended.
There was a total agreement found for the renewal of the Spaniard for a new contract and he is set to renew until 2022.
The deal is worth €3million-a-year plus bonuses and brings an end to rumours that he could leave the San Siro in the near future.
Suso was the star of the show in Milan’s 2-1 win over Cagliari in the second round of Serie A action.
The ex-Liverpool man spoke to Sky Sport after the game: “My renewal? I still think that both parties have to have talks concerning the matter but as I said the most important thing is the team (Milan) and the national team too. This has been a great week for me.”
