One of AC Milan’s next priorities will be the renewal of Gianluigi Donnarumma, as the goalkeeper’s contract with the club expires at the end of the season. However, Maldini will have to face a very tough nut to crack in the youngster’s agent Mino Raiola.

And it will be definitely a couple of intense weeks and perhaps months of negotiations with the super agent. According to Alfredo Pedulla from Sportitalia (via milanlive.it), Raiola’s salary request for Donnarumma is 9 million euros per season – a raise of 3 million compared to the goalkeeper’s current wages.

Moreover, the agent of many other prominent clients, such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic, also wants a large commission from the deal.

In the meantime, the journalist adds that Juventus are monitoring the situation and would be interested in signing Donnarumma on a free transfer, giving him a salary of 10 million and providing Raiola with the demanded commission.

Thus, Milan will have to accelerate in negotiations for their jewel in order not to lose him on a free transfer at the end of the season.
