AC Milan did not just speak with Club Brugge about Charles De Ketelaere during talks yesterday but also another of their talented youngsters, a report claims.
It has been well documented that Milan directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara went on a mission to Belgium yesterday to try and make substantial progress in the negotiations over De Ketelaere.
According to Calciomercato.com, the 21-year-old attacking midfielder was not the only players that was discussed. Maldini and Massara used it as an opportunity to get information on 17-year-old Noah Mbamba who is under contract with the Belgian champions until 2023.
However, at the moment, Brugge consider the young talent to be non-transferable. Given that Mbamba is a player who has already made his debut in the first team and also in the Champions League with Brugge, there is no doubting that they view him as a talent that is worth protecting, but his contract situation must worry them.
