AC Milan vs. Lazio: Official line-up – Kessie dropped as Krunic comes in

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli has named his official starting XI for Sunday night’s game against Lazio, making two changes from the team that beat SPAL.

The Rossoneri will be looking to build on their win on Thursday night, the first under Pioli as head coach of Milan as Suso scored a winner just after the hour mark.

Lazio arrive at San Siro having not beaten Milan on their own patch in the league since 1989, but they come into the game in good form having scored 12 goals in their last six.

Pioli has been forced into a change at the back as Mateo Musacchio is out injured; Leo Duarte shifting inside to take his spot having started at right-back against SPAL, and Davide Calabria reclaiming his spot.

In midfield Franck Kessie has been dropped for Rade Krunic while Ismael Bennacer keeps his place, and up front Suso’s injury means Samu Castillejo is the starting right-winger again.

OFFICIAL MILAN XI (4-3-3): G. Donnarumma; Calabria, Duarte, Romagnoli, Hernandez; Paqueta, Bennacer, Krunic; Castillejo, Piatek, Calhanoglu.

Subs: A. Donnarumma, Reina; Caldara, Conti, Gabbia, Rodriguez; Biglia, Bonaventura, Kessie; Borini, Leao, Rebic.

OFFICIAL LAZIO XI (3-5-2): Strakosha; Bastos, Aceri, Radu; Lazzari, Milinkovic-Savic, Leiva, Luis Alberto Lulic; Correa, Immobile.
