Things seem to be moving with regards to the January transfer window at AC Milan, as a meeting took place to discuss strategy.
According to Peppe Di Stefano – speaking from Milanello to Sky (via MilanNews) – there was a summit at Casa Milan in recent days between the Rossoneri management and Massimiliano Allegri. In it, they discussed the club’s possible moves for the winter transfer window.
Milan’s sporting director Igli Tare was also present at the training complex today to speak with the Rossoneri coach. Given the lack of squad depth due to going into the season with only 19 outfield players, it is likely that the coach is keen for some reinforcements.
According to Sky on their website, Niclas Fullkrug’s name is once again gaining momentum as a potential striker signing, a profile already explored by the Rossoneri in the summer of 2024. The German striker, currently at West Ham, can move on loan in the January transfer window.
Fullkrug hasn’t found playing time this season, having played just 409 minutes in the Premier League (in which he hasn’t started since October) and has scored no goals. The former Dortmund man has different characteristics than the other strikers in the squad and could represent the classic ‘opportunity’.

Allegri came to receive notification of what they were going to do. when your input is acknowledged might be a discussion, but he was only being informed of their decision. Allegri was informed Nkunku was signed, his opinion didn’t matter. Use what tools you got!
Catastrophic. Attacker who isn’t playing and who hasn’t score this season and with that age. Is tihis really worth of AC Milan and its legacy? Is this a profile to attack Scudeto?
