AC Milan will probably hire a new head coach this summer, and Cesc Fabregas is a contender for the job it seems.
There are several rumours flying around at present, but the idea of Fabregas moving to Milan is one that has stuck, and even led to the Spaniard not answering questions about the job in press conferences recently.

However, reports seemed to rule the coach out of contention with him happy to stay with his current club. There seems to be a slight chance that things change though, as Carlo Pellegatti has stated that the former midfielder ‘would’ manage the Rossoneri, when speaking on his YouTube channel, via Milan News.
“There are rumors that Cesc Fabregas is close to Bayer Leverkusen and it seems he is destined to leave Como. I can tell you for sure, Fabregas would come immediately if there was an offer from Milan.
“I ask myself, why management? We can get involved and try to bring Fabregas home. Some will say that experience is needed, but none of the coaches who have been successful with Milan came from a top-tier team.
“I would go for Fabregas, he seems perfect for the Milan management, why would they let him slip away? He would be very enthusiastic about coming to Milan. There is no way they would let Fabregas slip away.”
It is also worth stating that Como have begun looking at other managerial candidates, and they could look to Davide Ancelotti to succeed Fabregas if he is to leave, as reported by Football Italia, whether it be to Bayer Leverkusen or Milan.
So perhaps there is a chance of an overlap.
Another 🗑️ post for clicks. Fabregas is not ‘dying’ for Milan job. He has shares in Como stock. He is systematically improving his team. Como has better management than us. If Fabregas is going anywhere it’ll be Leverkusen but it makes more sense he’d stay there. I think he’d be good for us but there’s zero chance of it happening.

I rather give Conceicao another season than bring fabregas and all over again and if he get sacked then we need to start over again. Just look at Motta at Juve. De Zerbi, Conte, Italiano, Ancelotti, Zidane or Klopp if we dont get none of this names then Conceicao should get another year and with him finding the balance then you can have a targeted Mercato were you spend big on positions that would give the team better balance. Two things:
1. I acknowledge this management’s idea turning this club into “always 4th Italian Arsenal” but we’re AC Milan.
2. Why would Fabregas want to leave a well managed and structurally clear club like Como for a wreck that is Milan.
My suggestion:
1. Fabregas has share stock with como. If they go it would be to Leverkusen / abroad. Xabi replacement who is maybe ready go to madrid.
2. Xabi Alonso to ancelotti replacement.
3. Ancelotti retired.
4. Logically choices was stay with conceicao. He already beat the rival coaches for next season ( against bologna and como ). Lyon under Fonseca ( ex Milan coach) was out from UCL contenders. I think conceicao it’s better in this Milan condition.
I think Fabregas has stated a few times, that he supports ACM, but that is not the same as he would come running in a heartbeat.
As many has mentioned, Como seems to be much better run than ACM at the moment.
