AC Milan have officially announced that Primavera captain Andrei Coubis has extended his contract with the club until 2027.
Through a statement on the club’s official Youth Sector Twitter account, they confirmed that Coubis will remain with the Rossoneri until 2027 having penned an extension with the club.
It is a sign of the belief that the management have in the teenager who continues to stand out as one of the brightest talents that Ignazio Abate is currently coaching.
In fact, Coubis has even trained with the senior squad and has been part of the matchday squad in the last two Champions League group stages games against Chelsea given the injuries that the defensive department are battling.
He will be looking to follow a path similar to that of Matteo Gabbia, who has had to wait for his chances at 23 years of age but is now a member of the defensive rotations that Stefano Pioli knows and trusts.
