Atalanta 1-1 Milan: Stefano’s reaction straight after the full-time whistle

AC Milan were forced to settle for yet another draw, this time against Atalanta, and this time after a game in which they were largely dominated.

Just like against Pisa, Milan took an early lead as Samuele Ricci fired in his first goal for the club, and what a goal it was. After a period of strong pressure from the home side, Ademola Lookman was given time and space to fire a thunderbolt of a shot in at the near post, and 1-1 was how it would end.

Straight after the full-time whistle, Stefano recorded his reaction to the result, highlighting that the result is not a disaster for the Rossoneri, but raising questions marks about the attack and above all about Santiago Gimenez’s future at the club, with his goal drought having continued.

You can watch the video below completely for free. The instant reactions are part of a new initiative so please let us know if you enjoy them. Of course, the boys will also react to the game in the weekly podcast, which will be out at the start of next week.

  1. Here’s my question: Are we just seeing Allegri ball? The goal is to win 1-0. In my opinion, this is who he is as a manager. Talk to a Juve fan. Watch the end of the Fiorentina game. If you want to score you go to three up top in that game. Be aggressive. I get it, it’s all about the counter attack. But other teams know that and make sure they position a player or two to limit that threat.
