The financial situation at Barcelona is preventing them from registering new signings including Franck Kessie, according to a report.
According to Sport (via MilanNews), the Blaugrana have already secured agreements with both Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen and midfielder Franck Kessié but have not yet presented or announced the transfers because at the moment they cannot register new players.
This is the cause that led to a delay in the announcement of the renewal of Sergi Roberto and in the negotiations for the signing of Robert Lewandowski, so they must clear some space in order to add to their squad.
