The financial situation at Barcelona is preventing them from registering new signings including Franck Kessie, according to a report.
According to Sport (via MilanNews), the Blaugrana have already secured agreements with both Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen and midfielder Franck Kessié but have not yet presented or announced the transfers because at the moment they cannot register new players.
This is the cause that led to a delay in the announcement of the renewal of Sergi Roberto and in the negotiations for the signing of Robert Lewandowski, so they must clear some space in order to add to their squad.
Kessie for his part has already said goodbye to Milan but he made sure that he would have the final say as he scored the last goal of the season, making it 3-0 with a sweet side-foot finish to essentially win the Scudetto for the Rossoneri before half-time following on from Olivier Giroud’s brace.

Depends who, they can get Kessie, Lewa and Christensen paid from the Dembele salary. Lewa earns double from Dembele, I doubt he will reduce his salary by that much. Lewandowski is probably impossible for them because they don’t have money for wages, let alone the 50M fee Bayern is asking.
