Several sources are reporting that AC Milan are in the running to sign Noussair Mazraoui on a free transfer, and now it seems another competitor has joined the race.
Fabrizio Romano told his YouTube channel earlier this week that Milan and Borussia Dortmund are ‘super interested’ in signing Mazraoui ahead of the 2022-23 season as the player has already made it clear many times that he is going to leave Ajax as a free agent.
According to reports from Bild (via MilanLive), Bayern Munich are now also in the race to sign Mazraoui, joining Milan and Barcelona pursuit of the right-back. It seems Julian Nagelsmann has asked for a new wing-back, and the report adds that Inter’s Denzel Dumfries is also on their radar.
However, the Dutchman only moved to Milan last summer and is doing well in this first season at Inter, who want €50m to sell him compared to the €30m offered by Bayern Munich. Those difficulties could see Bayern go all-in for Mazraoui.
