Watch: Boniface leaves clinic after completing Milan medical – the next steps

Victor Boniface has completed the first part of his medical and is now one step away from becoming an AC Milan player.

It was reported yesterday afternoon that Milan and Leverkusen have agreed a deal for Boniface. It will be a loan costing €5m, with on option to buy that is not an obligation, and a buy-out figure set at €24m.

The Nigerian arrived in Italy this morning and then headed to La Madonnina clinic for his medical tests. These have now been completed, which is probably a relief given his injury history.

Now what remains is the sporting fitness tests before travelling to Casa Milan to put pen to paper on his contract with the Rossoneri, the latter of which might happen tomorrow.

Update: Gianluca Di Marzio reports that he has now completed his fitness tests also, so just the signing is to come.

        1. It’s a shoulder bag. I’m sure you have one too. I actually have one for a Nikon camera too. Very insecure much?

        1. Its ok if your suffer from insecurity, little guy. Better help is only like $40 a session. Go talk about your inadequacy issues to someone

        2. It’s ok guys, you both carry a purse and that is your thing. Attacking me won’t help it. Enjoy! Nino, nice projection, try a mirror.

          1. Kiddo, literally every comment you’ve left on this site is you crying about something. Who do you think youre fooling?😂 there’s no reason to be afraid of therapy, its just a mutual 3rd part where you can talk thru these insecurity issues of yours

          2. Of course. If you say so. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Can you give us more psychological analysis from comments in a Milan fansite? I’d love to hear more from the genius.

          3. Goku you’re not interesting anymore, I’m waiting for the GENIUS to tell me about my life. He can probably read minds also.

          4. You literally had an outburst over me having a shoulder bag. You are deeply insecure. Perhaps just start dating guys and get over it already.

          5. Outburst? Meltdown? You think I care about random people online to actually get mad or agitated by this in any way? I am making fun of your purses if you didn’t get the memo. And Nino is the comments psychoanalyst so he’ll tell me more about me.

          6. Well all your rapid fire posts on here seem to indicate you’re deeply invested in this. Poor you. Just get yourself a shoulder bag and join in. Or are you a “real man” lol?

          7. Ok. We have another psychoanalyst, this time behavioural specialist. So, I never write like this? Only when I am “deeply invested”? It shouldn’t be this easy but you people keep making it easy.

          8. Nino, what you gave up on the deep analysis and resorted to repeating the same? You somehow think your 7 year old comments are getting to me? Amazing, I am going to enjoy this even more than your purse twin Goku.

          9. Attention? I couldn’t care less if not ever replied to my comments. Now you’ve missed the plot. I thought you are the comments genius and it seems you’re the guy that uses 50 year old meds joke and “attention” to somehow discredit me. The issue is you just had to reply to my comments about purses because you have one. And I am insecure? 🤣

          10. You’ve typed 30 comments because you got angry that your insecurity got pointed out, little guy. Who do you think believes you?😂 go schedule with better help, and hush. Come back when you have something of value to actually add to the site, not before

          11. Lol, I am making fun of you for an hour and I am angry? And you didn’t notice I always write many comments and always reply to re*ards? I thought it is obvious but you need to be explained and slow. And the last sentence, I don’t give a F what someone else thinks, especially random people on an AI content generated fansite. You think a mo*on that can’t connect 2 dots can tell someone else what to do? You seem go be trying 🤣🤣🤣

          12. Oh yes, never spoke to a woman insult. That lowiq of yours is really hitting, I couldn’t be more angry. 🤣🤣

          13. Oh, I read your sad comments quite correcf, I am just surprised there is an adult that can’t come up with anything but the standard online insutls. You forgot the moms basement? Or hand “girlfriend”? Man, you got upset over a purse comment that you had to reply to everyone that made fun of it. And you think you have something of value to add? 🤣🤣🤣🤣

          14. Maybe you own some expensive purses so they have value? Is that your value? Or getting angry over a purse comment? Which one is it?

          15. Nino, this can go on forever but you already ran out of the insults from your list. What will you write from now on?

          16. I’ve already replied to that. As I’ve said, you’ve ran out of insults from 50 years ago and you can only repeat the same. Expected.

          17. Yoi can repeat the same forever, you just prove my point you’re out of insults that were worn out before internet existed.

          18. Forever. I predicted you’ll have to repeat the same comment after maximum 10, you don’t have the brain capacity for more.

          19. Look, you suddenly stopped repeating the same comment when you realised I said it will happen? But why? 🤣 Thanks for proving my point, it was fun to see how far can you push it but you gave it up quite fast. Cheers!

          1. Are you the adult that uses “ya” instead of “you”? If you want to call out someone you should be intelligent enough to do it. You aren’t.

  1. You’re all celebrating prematurely. After the medical and the sporting fitness, he was referred to a hospital for deeper tests. He’s there now. So whether or not he will pass, is still pending. We’ll see. I cross my fingers that he will pass the deeper tests otherwise we’ll be stuck at going for Embolo.

      1. Good observation. La Madonnina probably isn’t equipped with imaging equipment. It is highly likely an MRI of the knees has been requested.

      2. Chisoko (or however it’s written) failed the medical checks due to “teeth issues” and didn’t join Milan. Never heard a more ridiculous thing, so anything can happen.

          1. You couldn’t write an intelligent sentence if someone prepared it for you. Not sure why you keep trying to “insult” me. It is embarrassing.

          2. I asked him to ignore me more than a few times but he keeps asking for a reply. Also Nino, you are close, I do come here to went steam but I am definitely not angry about my life. Could hardly be better.

          3. My dad passed away quite some time ago. But nice one, do you have a list of most used insults so you can use them? You should try with his mom didn’t hold him enough as a baby. I’m sure you have more of non original things to write.

  2. I cant believe there are over 30 comments and not more than ten of them are related to the arrival of Boniface. This leaves me speechless

          1. Sure, if you’re gonna be keep wailing, go do it back up there on the other thread so the others and I don’t have to get notifications every 12 seconds. Sound good?

  3. I’ve been on this site for like a year, and there’s exactly 3 things guaranteed everyday: someone complains about signing fees, Boulden gets defensive about redbird, and Sure acts like a crackhead for attention

    Never a day without it…

    1. It’s a circus. I just don’t read these immature exchanges. These posters are probably kids or young teenagers, childishly insulting each other and adding very little to any quality discussion.

  4. OK, Boniface had a hospital visit with an ortopedista from 7 PM to 9 PM, but Milan (or the doctor) still want(s) more tests done tomorrow morning. This might be an indication that all is not rosy and he didn’t pass today’s tests with flying colors, or else he’d have been cleared today like it was anticipated. Certainly details were not released; the only piece of info that was publicly released was that more tests to be done tomorrow have been requested. I hope it’s nothing and he just didn’t have the time to finish everything; might be tired after a long day and willing to return to the hotel after 9 PM. But for now we can’t know if it’s something more concerning. Fingers crossed.

Our season will be significantly different if we can count on a healthy Boniface, as opposed to him failing the tests and things going back to square zero, forcing us to look at someone like Embolo with only days left in the transfer window.

If this happens, there will be lots of regrets regarding us shipping Camarda to Lecce for a full year. If I understand correctly we can’t just terminate Camarda’s “loan” early because it was not structured as a loan. It was structured as a full free transfer to Lecce with an obligation for them to pay us a fee of 4 M if they are not relegated, but with Milan keeping the right to immediately buy him back for 5 M at the end of the season. So this is basically us paying Lecce 1 M to develop Camarda for us. But the downside is that it’s not a loan subject to early termination.

So if the Boniface deal fails, we won’t be able to rescue Camarda early, and we’ll have to get some leftover who nobody wants like Embolo.

    1. Why on earth are you not writing for this site and getting paid?

That was more quality journalism in a comment (free of spelling and grammar errors as well) that 90 of 100 articles here.

Thanks for taking the time to share.

  5. It does seem though that a report that Harder was going to Rennes was premature and Milan are submitting to Sporting a new offer for him. Still, he’s young and unproven. At least, he should be better than Embolo. But it’s too early to worry about that. By midday tomorrow we’ll learn if Boniface has passed his tests.
