Primavera star Capone confirms ligament injury: “The pain I feel is enormous” – photo

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan Primavera forward Andrea Capone has confirmed that he sustained a serious ligament injury while playing via an emotional statement.

It was known at the time that something wasn’t quite right as Capone got injured in the game against Bologna over the weekend, but now the 19-year-old has published an Instagram post (as seen below) confirming the extent of the damage.

“Where to start is difficult, unfortunately when fate has something bad for you you can’t do anything about it, today I received the definite confirmation that my anterior cruciate ligament did not hold up that unnatural movement that I had on Saturday while I was doing the thing I love most in the world, playing on that green rectangle with lightheartedness and joy,” he said.

“Life sometimes leads us to have enormous obstacles in front of us that seem insurmountable and timeless, the pain I feel is enormous, unfortunately infinite this is how it is and the only possible solution is to find the strength only within oneself and react to return to smile behind that ball.”

  1. Oh ffs. First thing Investcorp needs to to is burn Milan Labs to the ground with everyone in it. Maybe get the Pope or a shaman or whatever to cleanse the evil spirits residing there and them build a new facility on the opposite side of the city for good measure.

These idiots are literally maiming and crippling players.
