Report: Chelsea winger will use World Cup to convince Milan to sign him

By Euan Burns -

Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech is planning to use the 2022 Qatar FIFA World Cup to convince AC Milan that they should make a move for him in January or the summer, a report claims.

As has been reported by the UK media (via Pianeta Milan), the Moroccan winger is going to try and show the best of his talents during the three group games in Qatar as it is a rare chance to be on the pitch.

He has had a very limited number of minutes so far this season with Chelsea under both Thomas Tuchel and Graham Potter which is why he is keen on a move away in the near future.

He is one of the main stars of the Moroccan side which means he is set to start at least three games and can impress Milan enough for the Rossoneri to try and loan him in January if the wages can be agreed on.
