AC Milan have resumed contacts with the agent of Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira over the possibility of a summer move, a report claims.
It was claimed by il Corriere dello Sport on Monday that Milan are keen on signing Torreira once again, and that things could be different for this summer.
The Uruguay international has apparently used his agent to send signals to Milan regarding his openness to return to Italy and join the Rossoneri, where he would be a key part of the project.
According to what Calciomercato.com are reporting, Torreira has never hidden the desire to return to Italy where he has already played with Pescara and Sampdoria.
The strong bond has turned into nostalgia, and his agent is now at work to look after their desires of his client by probing the ground with some Serie A club.
There have been new contacts with Milan and Napoli, both destinations very welcome to Torreira, with his asking price set at €40m.
