CM: Bologna have a price for Zirkzee which Bayern Munich can match

By Euan Burns -

Bologna know how much they currently value AC Milan target Joshua Zirkzee at and it is a price that Bayern Munich have the right to match should they wish, a report claims.

As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, the Dutch forward is enjoying a wonderful season under Thiago Motta at Bologna, bagging two more goals at the weekend in a 2-1 win against Salernitana.

Bologna signed Zirkzee from Bayern Munich 18 months ago and he cost them €8.5 million as well as 35% on any future capital gain. One other condition is that Bayern have the right to match future offers for Zirkzee should they want to bring him back.

As things currently stand, Bologna would need to receive a bid of €40m for them to sit at the table. He is a player that both Napoli and Milan are thinking seriously about for next season.

He already has seven goals and two assists this season, and would rather continue his career in Italy.

  1. I think 40mil is not his worth especially after just one season. Last season he only scored 2 goals. So anyone who buys him is definitly overpaying.
I would much rather go for guirassy or jonathan david who proved for multiple seasons that they are reliable sources of goals.
However i would love Motta for manager

    1. Mate, this is the first time Guirassy has scored more than 15 goals in a season. Also, David has a high percentage of goals through penalties. Neither of them are proven goalscorer, all are gambles.
But Guirassy is the only one who could be worth buying because he is cheap.
