AC Milan are in the market for a new centre-forward ahead of next summer but their pursuit of one target appears complicated, a report claims.
Calciomercato.com recently reported that a new reinforcement will be sought for the attack as Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara want to give Stefano Pioli a No.9 to entrust for the future, given that Olivier Giroud is 36, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is 41 and Divock Origi hasn’t set the world alight since arriving.

The philosophy has not changed despite the club passing from Elliott Management to RedBird Capital, meaning a young player will be sought. There are several names on the list, one of whom is Armando Broja of Chelsea, whom Milan have already held talks over and learned his €35m price tag.
According to the latest from Calciomercato.com however, while Broja is an option on which Milan are working, it is currently a complicated one because the Blues do not want to consider selling him at the moment.
