AC Milan are considering all options with striker Krzysztof Piatek, but the player has his own stance according to a report.

As Calciomercato.com reports, is not giving himself peace after a start to the season which has included just one goal from open play in 14 games.

There are rumours of a possible farewell in January, because Milan are determined to sign a new striker with Zlatan Ibrahimovic the leading candidate.

The report continues by adding that Stefano Pioli himself is aware that the Poland international not have an easy character to handle in delicate situations.

The idea of a return to Genoa on loan is one which would tempt their president Preziosi, who is in search of a new striker to help save the club from relegation after Christian Kouame’s injury.

However, Piatek does not want to give up and will try in every way to stay at Milan and to recover his form. Not only that, but the idea of hypothesis of a return to Genoa would be a professional defeat and to go on loan is not an option that meets his will.

Therefore, if his form continues like this until January then Milan will have a decision to make but one thing is clear: if he leaves, it would be because he is forced out.

Mediaset recently mentioned that Chelsea and Everton are the most likely destinations for Piatek, while Diario AS linked Atletico Madrid with a move for the €35m man.
