AC Milan are currently finding it tough to get any sort of break in negotiations with the father of Fenerbahce youngster Arda Guler, a report claims.
As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, Guler does not have an external agent and all of his dealings are done through his family, primarily the father.
He scored for Turkey on Monday night and that has only meant that the interest in him from Milan and other clubs has grown. Things are proving tough for the Rossoneri, but they are extremely keen to keep working and make a deal happen.
Fenerbahce currently are trying to cancel the €17.5 million release clause and the father is helping the club to do that. He would like to see the club get more money for Guler, as a token of gratitude.
This is an issue for Milan as if the price were to get much higher than the clause, they may be out of the running.

Since the kid doesn’t have an external agent, doesn’t it mean that it was his father that negotiated the release clause into his contract in the first place?

Just go for Baldanzi instead. Turkish players usualy don’t have a high celing anyway. No doubt this kid is talented, but so was Cengiz Under and many other players from turkey who after leaving their league become kind of average players. Also the problem with foren players is that most of them are usualy motivated solely by money. So it is much harder to keep this players in Italy in the future if they turn out good. At this point the only thing that Guler has over Baldanzi is that he is one and a half year younger and a bit bigger(physical). Otherwise they are simmilar players. However that similarity might disapiar when Guler plays in a tougher league. He might even turn out to be physicly weaker then Baldanzi in a tougher league. You never know. His great driblings might stop working in Italy as well against better defenders. Baldanzi on the other hand is already a tried product in seria A.
Maybe Guler father does not want is son to get the same treatment Mr.Pioli gave to CDK and Adli where he keeps saying they are not ready and only give them some minutes of the bench at the end of games!
What???? CDK get 1470minute play time and you say thay only some minute ? So you want CDK play all match without impact ? So we can get relegation just to give him play time ? 1470 minute with 0 goal , you dont know this ???
Even many defenders get their names on the scoring sheet with those kind of minutes. CDK has had plenty (too many?) of chances to redeem himself.
Money at this moment will definitely be the only incentive Milan can offer to young players as EVERYONE and their CATS know Pioli won’t play them for the next 6 years and the absence of tactics means even if he plays the younster.. he won’t do well. Pioli relies on already established player to use their skills. He isn’t the one to reach new skills to young players or improve them.

It’s kind of parody to depend on young players and in the same time to have a coach who can’t help them grow and develop!!! Ooo forgot to mention that he lacks tactical approach always same tactics and formation, squad rotation and so much more. The only thing he was good was rising team morale (Ibra was huge part here) and creating team cohesion.
I know that there are happy people of Maldini’s sacking but he talked about Milan not being able to find countermeasures against the way Inter play and also against lower rank teams.

I think I also liked Baldanzi more, he is similar qualities, almost as cheap and home grown. Also already know the language, country and league (so less possibility of need long time to adapt like CDK).
Not too different player, but one offer less risk investment and a Milanista. Imo it’s clear.
People should’ve watched Baldanzi in the under 20 world cup, where he would run into defenders and lose the ball regularly.
Baldanzi is talented, but this guy is clearly better.
The way some guys here talk down Pioli is pretty bad, most our very young players never really seized a few minutes given them, asides,our team in terms of quality is just a little above average. So, lets give it Mr Pioli.
Our team is above average with the best left winger, left back and goalkeeper in the league + Tonali and Bennacer. You are kidding me. If the coach was Spaletti (for example) the players quality will look different.

Baldanzi is a very good player but Arda Guler is a speacial talent .Common guys by comparing him to Baldanzi I can tell you guys really didn’t watch Arda enough
