Lille forward Jonathan David is the player that AC Milan are most likely to pursue ahead of the 2024 summer transfer window, a report claims.
As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri are very serious about signing a high-profile striker in the summer as they anticipate needing to replace Olivier Giroud.
As was recently explained by president Paolo Scaroni: “A Milan that doing well in the Champions League and qualifying for next year’s Champions League would mean a more sustainable Milan with significant revenue. At that point we could look at the market differently.”
With the Rossoneri currently second in Serie A and looking like they have the quality to be in the top four this season, there is reason to believe that there will be money in the bank for a striker.
Lille is a club that Milan has a good relationship with, whilst the Canadian forward is considered the right profile for the Rossoneri as he is young, has good international experience, and may be available for around €40 million.
Says high profile and then the target is David..
Whats high profile about him?
A lot of clubs bought strikers this summer and not one went for David. I wonder why
Let see how it ends.
Nothing special about him really.
Get Serhou Guirassy! He has a release clause of just €17.5m and is in piping hot form.
