CM: Milan and Inter joined by rivals Lazio in race to sign Argentine playmaker

By Oliver Fisher -

There is a new suitor in the race to land Rodrigo De Paul, a report claims, with the Udinese midfielder having long been linked with a move to Milan.

The Rossoneri have been persistently linked with a move for the 25-year-old, who has five goals and two assists in 22 league games for the Friulian club this season.

Calciomercato.com have claimed that De Paul remains on Milan’s radar as they begin to take stock of the squad ahead of the summer, while the player himself actually suggested that he is open to an exit in June, having rejected offers in January.

Inter and Napoli have also been linked with a move for De Paul, but according to what is being reported by the same outlet there is a new suitor in the equation.

The outlet claims that Lazio have now joined the race to land him as they look for reinforcements ahead of a return to the Champions League next season, and amid the speculation surrounding Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
