AC Milan have learned the price it will take to complete the signing of Jean-Clair Todibo from Barcelona, according to a report.
Monday’s edition of Catalan outlet Sport claimed that the Rossoneri are interested in the idea of signing the centre-back, with Paolo Maldini having even holding a meeting with Barcelona directors Eric Abidal and Ramon Planes on Friday in Milano.
The outlet added that an asking price of around €10m has been set and Barca want inclusion of a buy-back clause, with Bayer Leverkusen and Watford also interested.
However, according to an update from Calciomercato.com, Barcelona are ready to play hard ball by asking for a little bit more than the aforementioned figure.
They state that the Blaugrana will in fact request €12m to part with the 19-year-old, who joined on a free transfer from Toulouse back in July. Fichajes note that he has a €150m release clause built into his current deal.
