AC Milan have not yet given up on the potential signing of Reiss Nelson even though there have been reports suggesting he is close to renewing with Arsenal.
Milan are in the market for a new right winger who offers more than Junior Messias and Alexis Saelemaekers in terms of attacking output, with a number of new names linked seemingly every day.
According to what is being reported by Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, Milan are continuing to talk to Nelson’s agents having started the dialogue some time ago.
He says that ‘negotiations are ongoing’ but the idea of signing him remains ‘difficult’ because Arsenal are pushing to renew his deal, which expires at the end of the month.
Nelson only made 11 Premier League appearances this season for a cumulative total of 202 minutes, meaning most were off the bench. However, he scored three goals and added two assists in that time, therefore averaging a goal contribution roughly every 40 minutes.

Nelson should be our first target for RW. But he is not viable because we can’t compete with Arsenal’s financial capability. Nelson is leao 2.0 in the making at the Right side. We should get him at all cost if it is even remotely possible.
Ok I accept Reiss is Good but Acmilan after Reiss signing we need to get Lazar sardmardzic to replace Diaz faster in that attacking midfield
Berardi and Reiss Will work for Milan, because we need a fast and scoring winger. In the midfield however, if Kamada come, SMS, and Ikay gundogan, then Milan will compete for titles next season.
