CM: Milan ‘will not let go’ of Arsenal winger and have submitted contract offer

Yet another report has emerged suggesting that AC Milan are trying to halt Reiss Nelson’s renewal with Arsenal and convince him to join.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan ‘will not let go’ of Nelson and have made one last attempt. The Rossoneri management have presented an offer to the winger’s entourage, with his contract at Arsenal set to expire at the end of the month.

It is a complicated operation because the 23-year-old has reached an agreement with the Gunners regarding the figures for a new contract. However, the battle is still open because Nelson himself took the time to evaluate all the offers on the table.

Milan are still in the running for the Englishman and don’t consider him an alternative name to the other target they are working on, which is Samuel Chukwueze of Villarreal.

The Nigeria international remains a concrete target as the right flank could be totally overhauled, though he is also followed by Real Madrid, Arsenal, Aston Villa, Liverpool and West Ham.

    1. Depends what do you mean doesn’t score goals. He played 200 minutes in PL and scored 3 goals and had 2 assists. Giroud played 2200 minutes in Serie A and scored 13 goals and had 5 assists. Which is better? 😀

  1. This looks like both Salaemakers and Messias will leave Milan this summer.

Reiss Nelson and Samuel Chukwueze are an upgrade for the RW. So I hope we can get both of them.

  2. Ya too bad he is re-signing with Arsenal LOL.

Like I said this is all SPIN by Redbird. We have ZERO intention of signing any of these players (Thuram, N’D*cka, etc…) but it sure sounds good to the fans that we are “trying” lol. That way we are distracted from the truth – and that is we aren’t spending any $$$ yet again.
