CM: Milan winger makes decision on future as three clubs from LaLiga circle

By Oliver Fisher -

Samu Castillejo has made a decision on his AC Milan future with at least three LaLiga clubs chasing his signature, a report claims.

Castillejo joined Milan from Villarreal back in 2018 as part of a deal that saw striker Carlos Bacca go the other way, and after struggling for game time behind Suso in the pecking order he has now established himself as a key player on the Rossoneri’s right side.

According to what is being reported by Calciomercato.com, there are at least three clubs from his homeland of Spain that are interested in signing him this summer but the 25-year-old – who has a contract until June 2023 – doesn’t want to go anywhere.

Castillejo has racked up 23 games with two goals and four assists across all competitions this season, and currently has a residual balance of €12million on the accounts. Therefore, if the Diavolo did decide to sell, it would have to be for at least that amount in order to avoid a loss.

However, Castillejo does not seem willing to return to Spain, preferring to continue his adventure at Milan instead.
