CM: Milan’s interest in KRC Genk talent confirmed as player drops social media hint

By Oliver Fisher -

Further indications have arrived that AC Milan are interested in signing KRC Genk midfielder Pierre Dwomoh.

Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri told Calciomercato.it that Milan are interested in signing the 17-year-old midfielder Dwomoh, a player who is very highly rated by the Belgian side. He added that Rossoneri scouts have been watching him for months and ‘are gathering information’.

Now, Calciomercato.com have confirmed the indiscretions coming from Belgium by revealing that Dwomoh is indeed a player on Milan’s wish list at the moment, however there is an obstacle which makes the deal quite difficult at the moment.

The player has ended up in the notebooks of several European clubs, while Genk are ready to trigger an auction in case of sale, with the implication that the Diavolo could be priced out if the asking price were to rise and rise.

Meanwhile, the player himself has dropped a hint on social media, responding to a story linking him with Milan.
