CM: Probable Milan XI to face Torino – four changes expected from win over Bologna

By Oliver Fisher -

On the eve of AC Milan’s game against Torino at the San Siro some news has begun to filter on Stefano Pioli’s likely selection choices.

According to Calciomercato.com, Ante Rebic is expected to miss the game against Torino as the Croatian forward also did individual work at Milanello today, having not completely overcome the ankle problem he sustained against Verona. Theo Hernandez is back from Covid-19 but is not expected to be used from the first minute, while Franck Kessie has recovered from flu and should be ok to start.

Ciprian Tatarusanu should be deployed as the goalkeeper with Davide Calabria, Fikayo Tomori, Alessio Romagnoli and Fode Ballo-Toure the back four from right to left. Sandro Tonali should join Kessie in the midfield with Alexis Saelemaekers, Rade Krunic and Rafael Leao behind the centre-forward Olivier Giroud.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu; Calabria, Tomori, Romagnoli, Ballo-Toure; Kessie, Tonali; Saelemaekers, Krunic, Leao; Giroud.
