Sergio Conceicao’s time at AC Milan has been very turbulent despite it lasting just over two months so far, and he needs a win against Lecce tonight.
As La Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below) reports, Thursday evening was animated by the spokesperson saga, yesterday was quieter because it was dedicated to the pre-match retreat, today who knows.

Conceiçao’s mood varies based on what is happening around him and the team and today’s Milan are particularly unpredictable. It is also impossible to make predictions about the late afternoon match: will the Milan that is capable of beating Juventus and Inter, or the one that has lost three times in a row?

A new course?
While waiting to deepen the negotiations with Massimiliano Allegri, Mauro Tassotti could sit on the bench in case Conceicao is sacked before the end of the season. He was Allegri’s assistant from 2011 to January 2014.
Tassotti is currently in Massimo Oddo’s coaching staff with Milan Futuro, so it would be a matter of making a leap to the big boys and then collaborating with Max, exactly as in the past. Conceiçao, a former midfielder and coach of character and tenacity, will do everything not to give up.
“In training everyone gave me a good response. We must chase away this negativity with results. And to get results we must work hard and also have a little more luck,” he added in his presser.
“I am the first who does not want to lose. I would be a masochist to think of fielding a team that I do not consider the best to win. Here no one has signed to always play, whoever gives me more guarantees plays. Will the leaders pay tomorrow? I am the leader, I am the one who pays.”

Sergio succeeded at Porto, with a less technical but more aggressive team. At Milan he found a quality group but not enough hunger. Hello house for me I drought Conceiçao abilities as a good coach , Milan have average players and the same player defeated Madrid, even though they always loss concretion at some key moments of the game and Internal ranging with the coach before he left but since he came he only achieve the success of the processor and since then Milan has been a lot more worser than before kick out of champions League and eight on the league stand .
