There is a €3 million contract offer on the table from AC Milan for Ismael Bennacer but there is interest from Premier League and La Liga clubs for him, a report claims.
As has been reported by Daniele Longo at Calciomercato.com, Milan have made an offer to extend Bennacer’s contract that they feel is acceptable but there is yet to be a response.
The agent of the Algerian has made it very clear to the club that there is interest in his client from clubs in both the Premier League and La Liga. He is likely using that interest to leverage a bigger contract offer from the Rossoneri.
No offers have been made to Milan for the midfielder who has become a key part of Stefano Pioli’s project and is thought to want to stay with the Diavolo.
It is an evolving situation but it is clear that Milan are not only focused on Rafael Leao’s renewal.

3 mil to Bennacer???? 5 mil to Leao??? This is outrageous, I am ashamed my own club. How can we blame them then if they want to leave?

May I remind you that our best player Theo Hernández only gets 4M!
Bennacer had played like sh!t till March 2022, in this sense his performance is not consistent enough to warrant him even 4M net salary, let alone 5M or 6M!
IF Bennace got 5M or 6M, then Theo should get 6M or 7M, Tomori 5M at minimum. Are we going back to become bankrupt again???
We really are playing with fire. One thing is to ask a player to give up 1 or 2 millions compared to what they would get paid say in the Premier League, another is to ask them to give up half or more than half of their salary. Bennacer would easily get paid 7+ in the PM. Leao would easily get paid 10+. It is embarassing. Also, do not forget that these players DO NOT COME from years of remunerative contracts as they were signed by Milan for a very low salary, so this would be their first big pay day.
I can now understand why Donnarumma, Hakan,Kessie and Romagnoli left. And of care is not taken, we would end up losing Bennacer,Theo and Leao.
Isma is SO IMPORTANT to the success of this club! His ferocious tackling and midfield defensive presence are so underrated constantly; and his dribbling skills in traffic are excellent. He is VITAL and we need to re-sign him to an extended contract — PLEASE!
Hakan left for 500k more the next season we won the scudetto,Dollaruma left for TRASHGERMAIN same as hakan we won the scudetto and hes often been criticized by the media and fans,Romagnoli got to fuffil is dream of playing for is boyhood team and receives less then Milan offered,Kessie left to receive 1m more then what Milan offered and does not have one starting spot guaranteed so for all that left was a loss and to us AC Milan a win and Theo renewed without making a big fuzz about money!
None of the mentioned players were offered such a low salary. Kessie and Donnarumma were offered more than they were worth. Hakan was offered what he was worth. Romagnoli was offered what he was worth.
Bennacer and Leao , and let me add Kalulu too, are worth MUCH more than what they are being offered.
So looks like we are still till stuck at those 3m hmmm….then why should be blame players if they leave for free
3M for Bennacer??? LOL. Another joke of an offer. May as well pack his bags to Liverpool already. Are we really going to risk loosing ANOTHER starting mid??? Again, we have very little leverage, if any at all. We have unproven young back-ups, save for Krunic. Had we signed a player like Sanches then we would have some leverage – but we don’t. Offer the guy the 4-4.5M he wants and stop slow playing and haggling over price. He’s def worth 4M/season if not more easily. AGAIN, just like with Leao, the longer we wait the more opportunity you give other clubs to come in and make him a huge offer. Very stupid if this is true. I don’t understand why we are operating this way. Benny should leave if all we offer is 3M. And we are to blame if he does. I don’t want to hear that he’s greedy or money hungry if he leaves if that is all we offer. Shameful
Why are we constantly putting ourselves in this position? 5 or 6 renewals were earmarked at the end of last season, we seem to drag/delay actions for the whole football public to see. I understood the salary cap but it shud be done now…we have sold and Red Bird need to follow through. Most of all these situations can seriously derail our title defence. Cmon guys…. Move forward with purpose!
Bennacer is an average player. 3.5 is okay for him. Leao is getting a regular start for the Rossoneri thats y he is on a blink. they’ll all be like kessie who’s currently a permanent resident of Barcelona substitutes
