CorSera: Milan have total harmony at management level – Elliott willing to invest in January

By Oliver Fisher -

The AC Milan management are enjoying a nice moment of harmony and unity at the moment, according to a report.

Friday’s edition of il Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews) reports that after years of managerial turbulence that also negatively affected the Rossoneri’s performance on the pitch, a much more solid and peaceful feeling resonates from the offices of Casa Milan.

We must not forget that there have been many reports of rifts among the current leadership, such as disagreements between CEO Ivan Gazidis, technical director Paolo Maldini and CFO Zvonimir Boban – disagreements that ultimately saw the latter sacked.

The same source (via MilanLive) reports that Elliott Management have also made it known that they are ready to provide funds to invest in reinforcements during the January transfer window too.

It is perhaps a tad too early to think about the potential targets, but the roles in which Milan could intervene in the future seem quite clear: central defender, midfielder, right winger and striker.
