By Oliver Fisher -

The AC Milan management know that a huge game is on the horizon and they have moved to protect the squad, according to a report.

There are is a media frenzy surrounding the Rossoneri at the moment, as with four games to go their future is wildly uncertain. Having led the league for most of the season there has been somewhat of a collapse in 2021, leading to doubts about Stefano Pioli’s future, in addition to the renewal sagas that are ongoing and the various transfer rumours that always populate the newspaper columns.

This morning’s edition of il Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews) writes that the Rossoneri management are not failing to support the coach and the players. Yesterday at Milanello the full delegation were there: CEO Ivan Gazidis, technical director Paolo Maldini and sporting director Ricky massara.

The club is trying to isolate and protect the team from any external voices, while the rumours about alleged dressing room problems are not confirmed. The climate, in view of the big match with Juve, is calm.
