There is a great deal of anticipation ahead of tonight’s game between AC Milan and Udinese, not only because it is the first game of the season but also because it should mark a debut.
According to Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews), tonight’s match should be Charles De Ketelaere’s first appearance at the San Siro, a week and a half after his big-money arrival from Club Brugge was made official.
The paper claims that those who work at Milanello each day assure that the impact of the Belgian has been significant. The Belgian will start from the bench against Udinese, but is ready to come on in the second half and play his first official match in the Rossoneri shirt.
Tonight could also mark the first official appearance for Yacine Adli too, who impressed in preseason after returning following a season-long loan back to Bordeaux in the 2021-22 campaign.
