CorSport: Juventus striker offered to Milan on loan for depth

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan have been offered the opportunity to sign Juventus striker Moise Kean on loan for the rest of the season, a report claims.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport (via Milan News), the entourage of the Italian forward have made contact with Milan to see if they would be keen on signing him until the end of the current campaign.

It is no secret that Milan are looking to sign a new striker, although the good form of Luka Jovic when called upon in December means that it is more of an objective for the summer when Olivier Giroud will be out of contract.

Right now, though, Kean’s agents think that Milan could do with an extra forward and are keen to engineer a loan for the 2000-born forward who is not enjoying much game time this season under Massimiliano Allegri.

He has made 12 appearances in Serie A so far this season, but only 30% of those have been from the start. In those 12 games, he has failed to score a single goal or register an assist.

Were Milan to try and get a deal done, it would certainly be as opportunistic emergency cover with little desire to make the deal permanent.

  1. Moise Kean is a good young striker. Milan should jump on this opportunity. He has the potential like Leao to become world class.

I hope Milan take this opportunity as he is far better than Jovic. Faster, stronger, more athletic (he can play on the wings) and he is a better goal scorer who can dribble defenders.

Kean turned Thiaw and that caused the red card and changed the game in favor of juventus.

I would love to have Moise Kean at Milan and I would personally take him there myself.

  2. Italian (beneficial for UCL registration) and still 23 yo, will surely add depth, (iirc) versatile in position. He was good at PSG, regardless some ppl say it is farmer league. So if the loan including OPTION to buy, why not

  3. The guy can’t score even if his life depended on it. We don’t need a striker who will score 2 goals per season. Even Tomori will score more.

  4. I think he’s a good signing for depth.
He’s Italian, young plus him and Leao are good friends so they might bring each other’s levels up on the pitch.

  5. Loan with buy option. Wouldn’t hurt. Maybe he’ll find his form thru new environment and playing alongside his bestie, Rafa.

  6. Every time I’ve seen Kean play, he’s looked a real handful. If they can get him with a relatively cheap buy option, I’d do it in a split second.

  7. NO!

Nothing that comes out of Juve is EVER a good thing. A striker that cant score.. NO THANK YOU. Keep this $hit to yourself RUBENTUS.

  8. Seems like it’s getting tough to trust anyone outside of Giroud. That’s not good. But I think Keane will just be more dead weight, as well. We already have Origi to deal with.

Yes we need a striker but a six month loan for someone that isn’t a sure thing is just going to be a disruption. Wait until summer and sign a serious striker.
