CorSport: Ligue 2 star ‘teases’ Milan’s scouting department with move for attacker possible

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan remain interested in signing a young striker ahead of next season and their eyes are still on Amine Adli, a report claims.

According to this morning’s edition of il Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews), Milan remain keen on signing an experienced centre-forward with Olivier Giroud still the first choice, but Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara also intend to sign a young player for the attack. The name of Adli from Toulouse always ‘teases’ the Milan scouting department, and he could be the chosen man in this regard.

The forward, who turned 21 on 10 May, is one of the revelations of a club that have struggled to bounce back from relegation and lost their promotion play-off 2-1 on aggregate against FC Nantes. He can play either out wide or as a traditional playmaker, but under the guidance of Patrice Garande he has become a second striker too with 8 goals and 7 assists in 33 league appearances.
