CorSport: Milan consider move to sign star Napoli forward on free transfer

AC Milan are considering making an attempt to sign Napoli winger Jose Callejon for free at the end of the season, a report claims.

The Rossoneri are expected to be busy in the coming window as a poor start to the season has seen them languishing in the bottom half of the Serie A table heading into the Christmas break.

However, it appears that the Milan hierarchy are also planning for next summer too as they have set their sights on a player whose contract expires in June.

According to il Corriere dello Sport – as cited by MilanNews.it – Milan are looking for an experienced winger, and among the names which currently appeals to them is that of Callejon. The

The Spaniard is finding it difficult to reach an agreement to renew his contract, and the Diavolo have set their sights on the player.

Callejon joined Napoli from Real Madrid back in 2013, and 79 goals plus 75 assists in 325 games for the Partenopei.
