CorSport: Milan launch serious move to beat Napoli to Eintracht Frankfurt star

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have entered the race to sign Daichi Kamada and have presented an offer to him and his entourage, according to a report.

According to this morning’s edition of Corriere dello Sport (via A Bola), the Japanese international has already stated that he will leave the German club at the end of the season and there have been a number of different clubs linked.

However, it is the Rossoneri who have moved ‘seriously’ to try and sign Kamada, so much so that Napoli – who have been in talks for some time – seem to have withdrawn from the race to land him.

With Milan having doubts about Brahim Diaz’s future given his loan from Real Madrid expires in June plus the struggles of Charles De Ketelaere, it seems as though the management are moving to secure an additional attacking reinforcement.

This season Kamada has 7 goals and 4 assists in 29 Bundesliga games for Eintracht, while he scored 3 times in 8 Champions League games too.
