The Curva Sud have expressed their affection towards Carlo Ancelotti after he won his fifth Champions League as a head coach last night.
Real Madrid were second best for large parts of the Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund at Wembley but they ended up winning the competition for a 15th time, emerging 2-0 victors.
Both goals came inside the final 20 minutes in the English capital. Dani Carvajal glanced home a header from a corner 16 minutes from time before Vinicius Junior finished Jude Bellingham’s pass to kill the game off.
A banner displayed outside San Siro by members of the Curva reads: “Unrivalled champion, Carlo Ancelotti, a legend without equal.” Ancelotti last night won the seventh European Cup of his incredible career (two as a player and five as a coach).
