Bayern Munich are reportedly set to make a bid for Norwich City defender Max Aarons, who is attracting interest from AC Milan and Roma.
Milan went into the summer window with right-back seemingly a position that they needed to strengthen in given the problems that Davide Calabria and Andrea Conti had in that spot.
However, the reassuring performances of Calabria in preseason and to start the competitive campaign – plus the signing of Pierre Kalulu from Lyon – has bolstered the department leading to suggestions a signing may not arrive.
According to the Daily Mail though, Milan are interested in Aarons, who has attracted interest from Roma and Barcelona, the latter of whom saw a bid worth €22m rejected as it involved a loan with option.
Bayern Munich though appear to be the most serious about landing the 20-year-old and the Bundesliga champions are readying a bid to sign him as an alternative to Serginho Dest, who seems Barca-bound.
Meanwhile, the report adds that Milan have been ‘discussing figures’ with Spurs over Serge Aurier.
