The agent of Angel Correa has arrived in Milano as the saga surrounding his client continues, a report claims.
AC Milan and Atletico Madrid have so far struggled to come to an agreement over a fee, with the two sides believed to be at a standoff over the current offer (€40m) and the valuation (€50-55m).
This is despite the fact that the player reportedly wants the move and personal terms have already been agreed.
It was claimed on Wednesday that Paolo Maldini and Boban were preparing one final push to try and close the deal, while Mediaset even added that Atleti would be willing to accept the latest bid.
Now, the reliable Gianluca Di Marzio has provided an update by revealing that Correa’s representative – Augustin Jimenez – has arrived in Milano.
He is awaiting the confirmation of Andre Silva’s sale to get the deal closed – the only problem being that the Portugal international is currently not linked with anyone nor is he close to sealing an exit.
